Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards instructors and fellow students. Any form of harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials are the intellectual property of Howerven. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of materials is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Howerven is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Changes to Terms

Howerven reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
